With over 4 decades of experience in education leadership, management & innovation tempered with 35 years of consulting to tertiary education, retail, sports, corporates and government Ollerenshaw Consulting are renowned for delivering premium outcomes for their clients.
Eve is Principal consultant at Ollerenshaw Consulting, a boutique firm providing services to the tertiary education sector (public & private), government, corporates. specialising in sustainable business practices, thought leadership, workforce planning, business & leadership mentoring and regulatory compliance.
Eve is respected for her speaking skills, strategic work within the Australian tourism and education industries, as a high performance coach (sport and business) and her solutions focused approach.
Eve has an extensive academic and professional background including corporate and project management, educational leadership, compliance and workforce planning. Her experience extends across a range of industries traversing Australia, Papua New Guinea, China, Canada and the Pacific Islands.
Eve has held a number of board and advisory positions in the fields of tourism, education, sports and community services. Additionally, she has participated in numerous government consultations and advisory committees across state and federal depts.
In October 2025 Eve was recognised by International Education Association Australia (IEAA) for her outstanding contributions to International Education and the sector
Eve is a dynamic individual who exhibits significant capability in the management of projects and particularly developing nuanced understanding of quality and compliance issues and concerns from multiple perspectives across multiple sectors.
Recently Eve has been working in the area of defining the workplace and workforce of the future; empowering individuals and organisations to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow.
